Characteristic
The vacuum is pumped from the top area of the U-type pot. The jacket is steam-heated. The group drive of stepless variable speed and worm gear speed reducer enlarges the moment of agitation of the horizontal axis. The agitator, made of polytetrafluoroethylene scrapers, can offer all-round and full contact between the agitator and pot during the mixing of materials, which leaves no area untouched by the agitating. The opening, dumping and reset of the machine is controlled by hydraulic and machine drive, which makes the operation most convenient. The vacuum stir-frying can reduce the temperature during the stir-frying. The machine is especially suitable for the stir-frying of heat-sensitive materials. It can keep the original color, smell and taste of the materials and avoid the deterioration of color and taste because of overheat.
